Group Coaching Agreement

Congratulations! You are about to take your life to a whole new level.

These are the terms and conditions that make a group coaching relationship successful. I hope you agree.

1. Happiness Guarantee - I understand that at the 30 day mark of our work together, if I'm not happy with how things are going, I can cancel our agreement and receive a full refund.
2. Number of Coaching Sessions - You will be entitled to attend ONE 90 minute group coaching session per week for the length of this agreement.
3. First Coaching Session - The first coaching session for this agreement will be 1 TO 1 for 90 minutes.
4. On Time - I will click the video conferencing link, or call my coach, at our scheduled meeting time.
5. 24 Hours Notice - I will give my coach at least 24 hours notice if I need to reschedule our coaching session.
6. Missed Sessions - I understand if I don’t give 24 hours notice or miss an appointment that session will not be made up.
7. Attitude - I will arrive for my coaching sessions prepared for a great session.
8. Respect - I will be positive and respectful of all the members in my coaching group at all times.
9. Action - I will take action consistently on the items my coach and I together decide are the most effective.
10. Confidentiality - I understand that within limits provided for by law, all records and information acquired by the coach shall be kept strictly confidential. Information will not be shared or revealed to any person, agency, or organization without my prior written consent.
11. Renewal - This Agreement can be renewed automatically with verbal agreement by the client and coach, followed up by an email.
12. Cancellation - This Agreement can be cancelled any time by either party with 30 days notice by email.
13. Currency - All dollar amounts are USD.
